Cost effective Pregnancy massage
For my surprise birthday party last week, my friends gave me a 3 hour pregnancy massage voucher worth AU$398.00!
There are many benefits of pregnancy massage such as helping to increase blood circulation, easing muscular discomfort, alleviating any stress and anxiety, and helping the mother-to-be feel calm and relaxed. Pregnancy massage therapists have been trained on pregnancy as there are certain positions (i.e. no lying on the back) and certain aromatherapy which won’t be safe to use on a pregnant woman.
I can’t wait, but must admit that the cost of this massage is a bit too expensive to do regularly!

However, at my obstetrician’s office this week, I noticed an advertisement from a massage student college which were offering free/discounted massages. Since these students are still learning, the massages will be supervised but for a heavy discount why not take up the offer?
In Perth, the college advertised was ‘Paramount College of Natural Medicine’ (located in Malaga), but I’m sure there will be similar student colleges all Australia (if not the world!) offering similar deals.
Paramount College of Natural Medicine are offering free massages on October 16th and 17th and offer discounted 1 hour massages (AU$35) on Tuesdays and Fridays. Go to their website at http://www.paramountcollege.edu.au/ for more information if you are interested.

Three hours? All at once? Bliss! Oh, enjoy every minute of it. A massage when you’re pregnant is the best thing in the world (besides being pregnant in the first place, I guess!!!) x
Yup the 3 hours is all at once but I think it includes a light lunch as well. I can’t wait!!
oh my goodness this sounds sooo good.
Your body will be so blissed out it wont know what to do with itself!
What sweet friends you have!
